About the Job:
Mindwire Systems is seeking a Desktop Support to work in a fast-paced environment for one of our valued Crown Corporation Clients for a 1-year contract with a credit agency.
Client Location: Ottawa, ON
Work Location: On-site
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Provide deskside support services to local clients in the Ottawa office
- Administers hardware and peripherals inventory including ordering asset tracking and disposals
- Provide technical support by telephone, email, and in-person for applications, hardware, telecommunications equipment, connectivity issues including remote access following standard processes and guidelines
- Image and provision laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office suite required
- Knowledge of iOS and MDM concepts is considered an asset
- Experience provisioning and supporting Microsoft Surface-family devices
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Require Enhanced Reliability status
- Ability to speak French (nice to have)
- MCP, MCSA, MCSE, or other Microsoft certifications an asset
