We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator for one-year contract with one of our public sector clients. The client is located in Ottawa, ON, but the work will be performed remotely.

Project Coordinator will be in charge of budgets tracking, schedule development and updates, meeting minutes, action registers, document management, quality assurance, and risk tracking. Project Coordinator will also provide support for program reporting and governance and assure project templates and tools are used as expected.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have government of Canada secret clearance
At least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining integrated project documentation, schedules, and budgets;
Experience tracking progress against goals, objectives, benefits, approved budgets, and timelines; and report status and variances;
Experience developing and logging change requests and related shifts to scope, budgets, and schedules;
Experience tracking and reporting of project risks, risk mitigation and contingency plans, and action plans;
Experience in contract management tracking, including key deliverables and milestones, deadlines, and other requirements;
Experience working with third party technology vendors;
Language: Strong oral and written communication skills in English is essential, but preference would be given to a bilingual candidate.
