The scope of the work the resource would be working on would be focused on the transmission line construction activities.
On-site construction supervisor required for duration of project. Will be required to be on site during all field work, with the work happening year-round. When not on site, it may be required to help plan during slow construction periods for subsequent year construction.
The Construction supervisor will be responsible for all transmission line construction related work and will have additional construction resources working for them during peak times, including Field Operations Specialists and Permit Coordinators.
Schedule:
• May 2026 - Aug 2026 - 50% on site, 50% in office, 5 days a week
• Sept 2026 - Dec 2026 – 75% on site, 25% planning, depending on work progress
• January 2027 - Dec 2028 - 100% on site 5+ days a week, potential gaps allowed for planning as it arises

General Functions
The Construction Supervisor acts on behalf of NB Power and is responsible for planning and execution of work at the construction site. This includes managing all site activities, conducting site meetings and regular reporting to the Project Manager. A Construction Supervisor is typically assigned to small and medium size projects.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Our Client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one or more live mobile/social casino games with our Victoria, BC studio. This is a hands-on, game-first role with real accountability for the roadmap, live performance, and delivery.
You’ll work onsite with a live-ops team of engineers, a game design, QA, and artists leading a small product group (Game Design, Data Analytics). This is not a process-heavy or remote PM role. If you want real ownership, live accountability, and the chance to shape games from inside the studio, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Do:
Own the product roadmap and priorities for live games
Drive features from concept ? launch ? live iteration
Make trade-offs across scope, quality, and impact
Lead live-ops planning and execution (events, features, experiments)
Use data and player behavior to guide decisions
Provide functional leadership to game designers and analysts
What you Bring:
6+ years in product management for games or live consumer products
Experience shipping and operating live F2P or economy-driven games
Strong intuition for game loops, progression, and monetization
Comfortable making decisions in fast-moving, imperfect environments
Willingness to work onsite as part of a tight-knit studio team
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Mobile gaming experience
