For our client, we are seeking a Test Lead professional in Calgary, Alberta. Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience in software testing.

Responsibilities but not limited to:
Provide technical expertise/advice on network problem analysis including monitoring network management systems;
Provide technical expertise/advice on IT incidents or problems that have been escalated requiring in-depth analysis to propose solution.
Provide technical expertise, advice and troubleshooting assistance to IT Service Desk and Desktop Support resources regarding resolution of software and hardware issues associated with laptop/desktop computers, mobile devices/phones, and peripherals/printers, RAM, video cards.
Monitor the IT Service Desk incident tracking and telephone systems ;
Ability to disconnect, relocate and reconnect various IT Equipment, such as PC, laptops, printers and other hardware peripherals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in SAP EHSM Component Extension 3.0 and above including SAP Business/Functional Analysis experience with growing degrees of responsibility
Extensive functional or technical expertise in projects and supporting SAP EHSM and S4HANA
Demonstrable ability to collaborate with business clients for offering and/or evaluating and implementing suggestions for enhanced system functionality
Excellent documentation skills
